*All times listed below are approximate.  If your cleaning requires longer than the estimated time, there will be a flat fee of $20.00 per additional hour.  

M&S provides you with a thorough top-to-bottom clean in all rooms requested. Our standard cleanings consist of:

 

Kitchen

  • Wipe down countertops and cabinets

  • Clean face of all appliances

  • Wipe down stove top

  • Clean inside of microwave

  • Clean inside and around sink

  • Shine faucets

  • Sweep/mop floor

 

Bedrooms

  • Dust all flat surfaces and décor

  • Make bed

  • Vacuum or sweep floor (depending on floor type)

 

Bathrooms

  • Wipe down mirrors

  • Wipe down countertops and cabinets

  • Shine faucets

  • Clean shower/bathtub

  • Clean exterior of toilet

  • Clean interior of toilet

  • Shake out rugs

  • Sweep/mop floor

 

Living Room/Other Rooms

  • Dust all flat surfaces and décor

  • Vacuum all upholstered furniture

  • Vacuum or sweep floor (depending on floor type)
