The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

What are your prices?Prices will vary for the needs of each home. Please refer to the Services tab for more information.

What are your hours of operation?Our standard hours of operation are M-F, 8:30am to 1:30pm. If you have a special request, just ask and we will try to accomodate your needs.

What cleaning supplies do you use?We use all non-toxic cleaners with the exception of our selected toilet cleaner.

Will you clean my house if I have pets?Of course! We do require all pets be put away prior to our arrival to ensure the following: -We clean your home in a timely fashion. -For the safety and comfort of your pets. Thank you for your understanding!

Do you provide laundry services?No, M&S employees do not provide laundry services. Please refer to our Policies page for more information.

Can I supply my own cleaning products?Absolutely! Our only request is that you communicate this desire in advance. We also keep this information in your file to ensure your needs are met.

Payments Accepted
Billing & Cancellations
At this time, M&S accepts cash-only transactions. We provide each client with a receipt for services rendered.
Cancellation Policy
We request cancellations be made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for 100% satisfaction with each home. If you feel we have failed meeting your standard, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to rectify the situation.
